- Execute assigned scope with precision, safety, and pride of workmanship.
- Collaborate daily with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners.
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a comparable role on residential or commercial builds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Reliable transportation and own basic tools of the trade.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet in all weather conditions.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
