How do I know my house needs leveling?+
Doors and windows that stick, floors that slope or bounce, stair-step cracks in brick, gaps at baseboards or crown, and cracks over door frames. One of those alone may be nothing; several together usually means movement.
Will the cracks close up after the lift?+
Most tighten significantly. Some drywall and masonry cracks need patching afterward — we tell you up front which ones will likely need cosmetic repair.
How long does it take?+
Most pier & beam jobs run 3–7 days. Slab piling projects run 1–3 weeks depending on pier count and access.
Do I have to move out?+
No. Nearly all of the work happens outside and underneath, and you can stay in the house during the lift.
Is there a warranty?+
Yes — pier work carries a written transferable warranty, and we hand over before-and-after elevation surveys documenting the correction.
